Common Stock

There are two types of stock, which are common stock and preferred stock.

Common Stock represents the ownership of the firm. Investor who invest in stock can take profit in two ways :

• when the stock price appreciates
• from dividend

Unlike stock options, if you use stocks as Invest Tool, there is no expiration date but the stock price is higher than stock options price.
